Network Airline Services BVBA (NAS BVBA) is part of the Network Aviation Group which is based in the U.K.  NAS BVBA are the General Sales Agent (GSA’s) for a variety of airlines in Belgium. NAS BVBA are an integral part of the brokering products of the group utilizing the services of 3rd party carriers around the world.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cargo Customer Service & Reservations Agent to join our Brussels team. In this role, you’ll manage customer enquiries and cargo reservations for the airlines we represent. You’ll work closely with international colleagues, airlines, partners, handling agents, and transport providers to deliver top-tier service in the fast-paced air cargo sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Cargo bookings using various reservations systems
• Post-flighting and generating flight files
• Preparing build instructions for handling agents
• Arranging trucking and handling
• Assisting in Commercial Activities
• Handling enquiries and quotations
• General Administration
• Cargo Tracing
• Other reasonable work-related requests as directed by the Line Manager.

Your Profile

• Fluent in Dutch, English and French
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
• Must be legally eligible to live and work in Belgium
• Able to work with Windows based programs
• Available for 37 hours per week
