Summary:

Network Aviation Group heads up a group of two dozen wholly owned and inter-related aviation businesses. Originally formed in 1985 the Network Aviation Group now spans five continents. We offer a variety of sales and services to client airlines, as well as managing a fleet of freighter aircraft on a network of scheduled routes and charters throughout the world.

The Role:

The Customer Agent is not only there to do the bookings and update systems, they will be the first link between customers and the company as daily in direct contact with our suppliers and our customers. In addition, they will also be the link with our Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

Managed our operations for the airline represented:

  • Creating flights in systems
  • Book trucks when necessary
  • Send Loading instructions to handling agent
  • Checking if enough equipments on hand to make the flights etc
  • Answer the duty phone and action urgent queries

Bookings

  • Informed customers on services offered
  • Make bookings on the required flights
  • Update the customer data base
  • Updating all systems for: bookings, confirmation and notes

Claims

  • Creating and following claims as per airlines instructions and process.

Experience Needed:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area preferable
  • Previous freight forwarding or cargo airline experience
  • Advanced knowledge of programs such as excel, Power BI, SQL
