Network Airline Services SARL France, was created in 1982, is part of the U.K.-based Network Aviation Group. As General Sales Agent (GSSA) for multiple airlines in France, we provide expert air cargo solutions that help our airline partners expand their market presence and maximize revenue.

The Role
The Customer Agent is not only there to do the bookings and update systems, they will be the first link between customers and the company as daily in direct contact with our suppliers and our customers. In addition, they will also be the link with our Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating flights in systems
  • Book trucks when necessary
  • Send Loading instructions to handling agent
  • Informed customers on services offered
  • Make bookings on the required flights
  • Update the customer data base
  • Creating and following claims as per airlines instructions and process
  • Update all the booking systems when required
  • May be asked to be on duty during weekends to reply to urgent queries, a maximum of weekend per month

Your Profile

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Must be legally eligible to live and work in France
  • Available for 35 hours per week
