Network Airline Services, is part of the U.K.-based Network Aviation Group. As General Sales Agent (GSSA) for multiple airlines in Romania, we provide expert air cargo solutions that help our airline partners expand their market presence and maximize revenue.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service, Operations & Reservations Agent to join our Bucharest office. In this role, you’ll manage customer enquiries and cargo reservations for the airlines we represent. You’ll work closely with international colleagues, airlines, partners, handling agents, and transport providers to deliver top-tier service in the fast-paced air cargo sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cargo reservations using various booking systems
• Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations
• Contact trucking providers for quotations and arrange operations with the drivers
• Support commercial and sales-related activities
• Perform general administrative duties
• Conduct post-flighting and create flight files
• Prepare build instructions for ground handlers
• Coordinate road transport and cargo handling

Your Profile

• Fluent in Romanian and English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
• Must be legally eligible to live and work in Romania
• Available for 40 hours per week
