The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Reservations Agent to join our Frankfurt team. In this role, you’ll manage customer enquiries and cargo reservations for the airlines we represent. You’ll work closely with international colleagues, airlines, partners, handling agents, and transport providers to deliver top-tier service in the fast-paced air cargo sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cargo reservations using various booking systems
• Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations
• Support commercial and sales-related activities
• Perform general administrative duties
• Conduct post-flighting and create flight files
• Prepare build instructions for ground handlers
• Coordinate road transport and cargo handling

Your Profile

• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexible and resilient in a dynamic environment
• Must be legally eligible to live and work in Germany
• Available for 40 hours per week
